The Transition, Succession & Legacy Building area prepares women for the moment their waiting ends. Every season of waiting eventually gives way to a season of action, promotion, or fulfillment. This program ensures that when that transition comes, women are ready to step in, take over, or pass the baton with wisdom and grace. It also addresses the reality that some women are waiting to transition out of current roles or to pass on what they have built to the next generation.

Key Services & Offerings

Transition Readiness Coaching – Personal coaching for women who sense their waiting season is ending. Covers topics such as recognizing transition signals, managing the emotional upheaval of change, and stepping into new roles with confidence.
Succession Planning for Ministries & Businesses – Structured guidance for women who lead organizations, ministries, or family businesses. Learn how to identify, train, and hand over leadership to the next generation without crisis or chaos.
Legacy Building Workshops – Sessions on crafting a personal legacy statement, documenting life lessons and wisdom, creating ethical wills, and planning how to pass on spiritual, relational, and financial assets.
Estate Planning Guidance – Referrals and basic education on wills, trusts, beneficiaries, and asset distribution, ensuring that what a woman builds during her waiting season outlasts her.
Next Generation Mentoring – Structured opportunities for older women to pour into younger women, ensuring that knowledge, wisdom, and spiritual insights are transferred across generations.

Expected Outcomes
